AVOID PARTISAN POLITICAL ACTIVITIES. Romel Rivera, senior human resource specialist of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in Lingayen, reminds all public servants holding non-political positions to refrain from engaging directly or indirectly in any partisan political activities as the election period continues.
