Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino, Jr. (second from left) receives his plaque of recognition from Dr. Victoriano Estira, president of the Pangasinan State University (PSU). Espino, one of the university’s most notable alumni, served as the keynote speaker during the commemorative program of PSU’s 34th founding anniversary on July 24 held at the Sison Auditorium in Lingayen town.
