STO. TOMAS- Actor and Cavite Vice Governor Ramon “Jolo” Revilla III was warmly welcomed by the municipal officials of Sison, Rosales and Sto. Tomas towns during his visit last October 25.

In Sison he was welcomed by Mayor Danilo C. Uy, in Rosales by Mayor Susan P. Casareno and in Sto. Tomas by Mayor Timoteo “Dick” Villar.

Speaking in behalf of his father former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., the young Revilla said that his visit will just inform the people that his father will be running as senator in May 13, 2019 mid-term elections under the Lakas-CMD.

“I hope you will still support him again as what you what you have done in 2003 and 2010 elections. Anak ng Agimat will be back,” he said.

Jolo also said that his family is now waiting for the decision of the Sandiganbayan on the plunder case against his father that may be handed by December 8.

Bong Revilla was accused of involvement in the Janet Napoles’ priority development assistance funds (PDAF) scam in 2013.

He is currently detained at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

“We are hoping that justice will be served in his favor. The prosecutors’ witnesses claimed that they were just coached by the prosecutors against my father. My father did not steal any single centavo from the government and did not sign any voucher related to the scam,” he said.

Jolo also said being unopposed in the vice gubernatorial race in Cavite, he has all the time to campaign for his father and hoping that in his next visit to Pangasinan, his father will already be with him.

Uy, Casareno and Villar committed their support to the senatorial candidacy of Bong Revilla.

Jolo gamely posed for selfies and groupies with his fans.
