SISON- Gubernatorial candidate Mark O. Cojuangco has accepted his defeat for the post against Amado I. Espino III,  saying, the results were “God’s will.”
In a message aired over DWPR Radio Asenso, Cojuangco thanked the Pangasinenses for the opportunity of laying out his programs and advocacies for the development of Pangasinan.
” Maraming salamat sa pagbigay ninyo ng pagkakataon sa akin upang aking ipahayag at ipresenta sa inyo ang mga programang gusto kong gawin sa Pangasinan,” Cojuangco said.
Cojuangco, the provincial head of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), aired his desire to run for the gubernatorial post last last February 10, 2014.
Since then he made rounds of visits in various towns of the province conducting consultations among Pangasinenses.
He also launched a Medikalinga sa Pangasinan, a free surgical mission for the less fortunate Pangasinenses.
While he accepted his defeat and conceded to the results of the election, Cojuangco said  holding a political position was not the only means to help Pangasinan.

” Kahit nasa pribado kang kalagayan, maaari ka pa namang tumulong para sa kapakanan ng mga Pangasinenses,” he said.
