Independent presidential candidate Sen. Grace Poe promises to end the contractualization of workers under her “Gobyernong may Puso” without sacrificing the viability of businesses in the country.GRACE POE SC
Poe said she will lower the corporate income tax to ensure a win-win solution for companies and their workers in the elimination of “endo,” a colloquial term which means end of contract.

The presidential bets were asked by Carlos Miguel Francisco, a contractual worker, how they are going to end labor contractualization under their term.
Running under the banner of “Gobyernong may Puso,” Poe tells Francisco that she understands his sentiments against “endo.”
Kaya naiintindihan ko ‘yun,” Poe said.

As a mother of three, Poe said she knows how important it is to have a stable employment to provide for the needs of the family.
