Cojuangco continues to inspire Pangasineses

DAGUPAN CITY- One of the measures of an effective leader is how he is able to reach out to the people he is serving and wanted to serve.
This is what Pangasinan gubernatorial candidate Mark O. Cojuangco is doing during his various sorties in towns and villages in the province.
Cojuangco, who is bent on occupying the Capitol by June 30, has visited villages that other gubernatorial candidates in the past have not tried to go to.
He went as far as the villages of Santiago Island of Bolinao and consulted with the various sectors there- youth, women, fishermen, senior citizens, etc. to feel the life in the villages and to know their problems that need solutions.
” Helping other people does not require time and season. We could extend help to people regardless of age, stature in life, disabilities, gender because wherever you go, I am sure that there will be people that you could help,” Cojuangco said.
Cojuangco, who started going around the different towns and villages of Pangasinan in 2014, felt the inner problems of Pangasinenses ranging from poor assistance to farmers and fishermen, lack of alternative livelihood opportunities and lack of infrastructure facilities particularly in far-flung villages.
“We have to address these concerns. If God permits that I will win the governorship, I will look into the welfare of Pangasinenses to have a more progressive Pangasinan,” he said.
Cojuangco, whose political platforms is anchored on ” Mas Maunlad na Pangasinan” has earned the admiration of Pangasineses for his humility and sincerity in reaching out to them.
Even netizens have good words about him as gleaned on their reactions in the Facebook site ” Mark Cojuangco for Governor Movement.”
Gina De Vera Velasquez of Urbiztondo says, “Buo ang aming tiwala at suporta sa inyo Gov. Mark Cojuangco para sa mas Maunlad na Pangasinan. Walang maiiwan! Mabuhay po kau.”
Cojuangco’s running mate for vice governor is Calasiao Mayor Mark Roy Macanlalay.
