Cojuangco told reporters that what he has constructed out of his priority development assistance fund (PDAF) were multipurpose community centers and not ordinary “comfort rooms” as what his critics claimed.
These community centers are located in the town’s of Alcala, Pozorrubio and Sison.
” They (critics) should look at the area and the quality of construction. In Alcala, which costs more or less P7 million, the community center was built because many “balikbayans” clamored for presentable comfort rooms especially during their town’s fiesta celebration,” Cojuangco said.

He said the Center has spacious space, is clean and its veranda I being used for meetings by the townspeople of Alcala.
” It has multi-functions although the primary purpose was as comfort rooms,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Cojuangco has urged Pangasinenses to avail of his free-surgical services under the “Medikalinga Program”, which is sponsored by him and Calasiao Mayor Mark Roy Macanlalay, his would-be vice gubernatorial running mate in 2016 elections.

He said the said program has already benefitted more than 14,000 Pangasinenses all over the six districts of the province.
“Medikalinga sa Pangasinan” was launched last August 2014 and offers free surgical services (minor, medium and major operations) conducted by expert surgeons from Metro Manila hospitals.
