K TO 12 IPATUPAD.

As for the Philippines, a scrutiny of the… charts would show her repeatedly ending up at or near the bottom.”

Sabi ng ni Isagani Cruz, “The poor quality of basic education is reflected in the low achievement scores of Filipino students. One reason is that students do not get adequate instructional time or time on task.”

Dagdag pa niya, “The current system also reinforces the misperception that basic education is just a preparatory step for higher education.” Why prioritize the minority of high school graduates that go to college?

“It’s no longer an issue of foreign affairs. This is also domestic affairs. This is an issue where the vital interest of poor fishermen coincide with the most stylish diplomat we have in the Philippine foreign service,” sabi ni Shahani.

“They’re the ones at the frontline of defense,”sabi ni Shahani.

“I know Masinloc, I don’t know Scarborough Shoal. That’s the English term. But Masinloc is what’s known to our children in Zambales, Bataan, Lingayen [and other coastal villages]. Let’s bring the issue back to the people,” she said.

“All we do is paper protest – a paper protest that is just ignored. We are not even ashamed of that [reaction], we seem to accept it as part of diplomatic practice. This is why we should go beyond diplomacy protocol,” sabi ni Shahani.

Nakakahiya daw po ang ganitong style! Bulok!

“We seem to be losing the psychological aspect of war, as if Filipinos are wimps compared to the Chinese, as if Filipinos are cowards compared to the Chinese. Because we don’t say anything,” dagdag pa ni Shahani.

She said the government should also engage NGOs, fisherfolk, sea vessel owners, etc. “They’re the ones at the frontline of defense.”

“I know Masinloc, I don’t know Scarborough Shoal. That’s the English term. But Masinloc is what’s known to our children in Zambales, Bataan, Lingayen [and other coastal villages]. Let’s bring the issue back to the people,” she said.

“Mar has lots of experience. He was a congressman, senator, secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry, now secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government, and many more. He is competent, has integrity and can be relied upon. While one of the ‘presidentiables’ is a thief, in contrast, Mar has never been involved in any anomaly.”
Dagdag pa niya, “One of the ‘presidentiables’ is a thief. He should explain about the many accusations against him. The bottom line is that the voters must not elect a thief.”

TALO SA RING. TALO SA ALIBI. Hahaha.

“Absolutely not,” Mayweather said when asked if he could detect a problem with Pacquiao’s shoulder during the bout. “He was fast. His left hand was fast. His right hand was fast and he was throwing them both fast and strong.”

“I’m not going to buy into the bull—… and I don’t want the public to buy into the bull—-. He lost. He knows he lost. I lost a lot of respect for him after all of this,” sabi ni Mayweather.

“Did I text Stephen A. Smith and say I will fight him again? Yeah, but I change my mind,” said Mayweather. “At this particular time, no, because he’s a sore loser and he’s a coward… If you lost, accept the loss and say, ‘Mayweather, you were the better fighter.’”

“Nineteen years in the fight game and I’ve had one excuse: ‘Don’t have an excuse.’ Winners win and losers have excuses,” sabi nga ni Mayweather.

Makinig. Makisalamuha.

Alamin ang tunay na isyu sa barangay.
