CORTEZ: Abono Party-list para sa 3rd term

Panginoong Diyos, maraming salamat sa patuloy Mong pangangalaga sa Pangasinan. Alam naming marami pang biyaya ang ibibigay niyo sa Pangasinan.

Pero, may mga pulitikong iba ang iniisip. Ang iniisip nila at ginagawa nila ay para sa pansariling interes lang.

Patuloy Niyo kaming bigyan ng tamang desisyon para tukuyin ang tama at mali, ang mabuti at ang masama.

Kakausapin naming Kayo ng kakausapin para hingian ng tamang gabay.

Sa nalalapit na halalan sa Mayo 13, 2013, biyayaan Niyo po kami ng gobernador na magtataguyod ng kagalingan ng bawat isa sa Pangasinan.

Ayaw na ayaw Po naming ng gobernador na sinungaling, kurakot, sakim, makasarili, walang respeto sa buhay ng tao at abusado.

Isang gobernador na may takot sa Diyos at walang lakas loob na gumawa ng masama.

Biyayaan Niyo kami ng isang gobernador na hindi naming kinakatakutan, madaling lapitan at nakakaunawa ng kalagayan namin.

Biyayaan Niyo kami ng isang gobernador na matulungin, matapat, responsible, matalino, masipag, mapagkakatiwalaan at tumutupad sa pangako.

Biyayaan Niyo kami ng isang gobernador na maipagmamalaki namin sa Inyo.

Kung dati, naging manhid kami sa kaliwa’t kanang anumalya, ngayon, bigyan niyo kami ng lakas na kami na mismo ang nakikilahok para wakasan ang corrupt na mga lider.

Salamat Po at hindi Niyo inaalis sa Pangasinan ang Inyong paningin at may mga taga-Pangasinan.

Pagpalain ng Diyos ang Pangasinan.

Abono Party-list para sa 3rd term

ABONO PA RIN. Ang Abono Party-list ay tinayo para itaguyod ang sector ng agrikultura sa House of Representatives.

Itinaguyod ng Abono party-list ang programa para sa mas malaking ani sa palay, mais, isda at gulay.

Nakipagbakbakan ang Abono Party-list laban sa smuggling ng bigas, baboy, manok at gulay.

Ipinagpatuloy ng abono Party-list ang mga medical missions,pagtulong sa agricultural research at scholarship sa TESDA.

Ang House of Representatives ay legislative body ng gobyerno. Ibig sabihin…gumagawa ng batas.

Sumali sa Party-list election noong 2007 at nanalo ng 2 seats sa pamamagitan ng xxxxx number of votes.

Ang mga nominees ng Abono Party-list ay pinili ng mga mamamayan dahil sa kanilang kakayahan na humarap sa Kongreso at itaguyod ang mga batas, programa at projects na makakabuti sa agrikultura.

Ang mga umupo bilang representatives ay sina Rep. Robert Raymund Estrella at Rep. Francisco Emmanuel Ortega.

Naglunsad at nagpatupad ng mga programs at projects na nakatulong sa sector ng agriculture.

Sumali uli ang Abono Party-list noong 2010 elections at mas malaki ang boto na nakuha sa bilang na xxxxx votes.

Ang mga umupo bilang representatives ay sina Rep. Robert Raymund Estrella at Rep. Francisco Emmanuel Ortega.

Ipinagpatuloy ng Abono ang programs and projects para sa agriculture.

Ang wisdom ng xxxxx voters noong 2007 at ang mas maring xxxxxx voters noong 2010 para sa Abono Party-list ay patunay na para sa underrepresented at marginalized agriculture sector ang party-list na ito.

May mga party-lists na nanalo nang minsan pero hindi na nakaulit dahil napatunayang ng mga botante na hindi nila dinadala ang marginalized at underrepresented sectors ng lipunan.

Ang 1st nominee na si Conrado M. Estrella III ay isang ordinaryong mamamayan ngayon na sumali sa Abono Party-list.

Malapit siya sa mga farmers, malawak ang kaalaman niya sa mga problema ng agrikultura at dinadala niya ang paniniwala na ang pagtulong sa pag-angat ng buhay ng agrikulutra ay susi sa pag-unlad ng Pilipinas.

ELECTION CALENDAR. Ayon sa COMELEC magsisimula sa January 13, 2013 ang GUN BAN. Bawal na magdala ng baril kahit may licence.

February 12, 2013 naman ang Start of Campaign for Senators And Party-List Candidates…Ibig sabihin ang ABONO PARTY-LIST ay nasa campaign trail na din.

Halimbawa, puena maglabas si Rep. Jack Enrile ng mga campaign materials sa Ilocos area ng JACK ENRILE, DIAK MALIPATAN. SENADOR.2013.

MARCH 29, 2013 naman ang Start of Campaign for Members of the House Of Representatives, Governor, Vice Governor, Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Mayors, Vice Mayors, Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod/ Sangguiang Bayan.

HOLIDAY WAGE RULES PARA SA 2013. Narito po ang inilabasa ng Department of labor and Employment ukol sa sahod para sa regular and special holidaysngayong 2013.

For the regular holidays on Jan. 1 (New Year), March 28 (Maundy Thursday), March 29 (Good Friday), April 9 (Araw ng Kagitingan), May 1 (Labor Day), June 12 (Independence Day, Aug. 26 (National Heroes Day), Nov. 30 (Bonifacio Day), Dec. 25 (Christmas Day), Dec. 30, Eid’l Fitr and Eidul Adha, the DoLE, in Labor Advisory No. 6, issued the following rules pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 459:

• “If the employee did not work, he/she shall be paid 100% of his/her salary for that day [(daily rate + COLA [cost of living allowance]) x 100%];

• “If the employee worked, he/she shall be paid 200% of his/her regular salary for that day for the first eight hours [(daily rate + COLA) x 200%];

• “If the employee worked in excess of eight hours (overtime work), he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day [hourly rate of the basic daily wage x 200% x 130% x number of hours worked];

• “If the employee worked during a regular holiday that also falls on his/her rest day, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her daily rate of 200% [(daily rate + COLA) x 200%] + [30% (daily rate x 200%)]; and

• “If the employee worked in excess of eight hours (overtime work) during a regular holiday that also falls on his/her rest day, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day (hourly rate of the basic daily wage x 200% x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked).”

For the special holiday in schools on Feb. 25, it would be an ordinary workday for private establishments. For private schools, pay rules on special non-working days shall be observed.

Under special non-working days March 30 (Black Saturday), Aug. 21 (Ninoy Aquino Day), Nov. 1 (All Saints Day), Nov. 2, Dec. 24 (special non-working days), and Dec. 31 (last day of the year), the “no work, no pay” rule shall be applied to employees who will not work, unless the company is bound by an internal policy or a collective bargaining agreement for union members.

Other payment rules for special non-working days are:

• “If the employee worked, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her daily rate on the first eight hours of work [(daily rate x 130%) + COLA];

• “If the employee worked in excess of eight hours (overtime work), he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day (hourly rate of the basic daily wage x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked);

• “If the employee worked during a special day that also falls on his/her rest day, he/she shall be paid an additional 50% of his/her daily rate on the first eight hours of work [(daily rate x 150%) + COLA]; and

• “If the employee worked in excess of eight hours (overtime work) during a special day that also falls on his/her rest day, he/she shall be paid an additional 30% of his/her hourly rate on said day (hourly rate of the basic daily wage x 150% x 130% x number of hours worked).”

DINAYA AT PALUBAG LOOB. Ang mga kababayan natin ay dapat matuto na tangapin ang pagkatalo.

Noong matalo si Pacquiao, dinaya daw! Noong matalo ang candidato natin for Miss Universe na si Janine Tugonon, dinaya daw! Hahaha, siyempre ganoon din sa pulitika, kapag natalo…dinaya din.

Nakadapa na nga si Pacquiao ng matagal, nagpalabas pa ng palubag loob ang mga Pilipino at sinabi na okay lang na natalo basta hindi baldado. Dapat daw ipagmalaki pa rin natin.

Hindi na nga natawag na Miss Universe, panalo pa din daw dahil first runner up naman! Oww common! Talo pa rin yun. Dapt daw ipagmalaki pa rin natin.

Hanggang palusot na lang ba tayo?
