CALASIAO –Mall giant Robinson will start construction of its branch in Barangay San Miguel here while the  mammoth retail store SM is negotiating with landowners in Brgy. Nalsian for its second branch in Pangasinan.

This is according to Mayor-elect Mark Roy Macanlalay who said the management of Robinson told his father, outgoing mayor and now vice mayor-elect Roy , that after the May 10 polls, the construction of the Gokongwei-owned company will start.

He added that the huge Honda Car Center located in the land Robinson bought would be relocated somewhere in this town.

He said that after the relocation of Honda this year, the construction of the mall will start.

He said that somebody told him that SM Prime Holdings, Inc.- parent company of SM Malls – is at present negotiating  with the sellers of the lands that have different owners for the mall giant’s site in Brgy. Nalsian here.

Nabuo na  nila iyung lote,” he stressed.

Macanlalay moreover said that he plans to spruce-up the town plaza because the P60 million newly-constructed state-of-the art municipal halls is already completed.

He added that the improvement of the public market is still one of his top concerns.

“After 100 days ay ire-report ko na rin sa ating kababayan kung anu ang magagawa natin sa first 100 days,” he continued.

Mayor Roy im so excited to read your 100 days report.. kelangan mu gawin pra sa Calasiao is like ung Makati City.. kc most of the people is dubbing that the Town Of Calasiao is the emerging Makati of Pangasinan.. kya suggest ko lang is dapat ay unahin muna ung Road Widening Project kc cgurado malaking traffic ang mangyayari kpag naipatayo na ang SM and Robinson sa Calasiao.. kc dami magsisisunuran na establisment jan sa Calasiao eh.. good luck Mayor..

Kaya wake up people of Dagupan specially mga members ng Local government of the city.

Mgiging Quiapo na lang ang Dagupan kung ganon, kc same ng anu eh infra and ung environment.. hehe.. and soon Calasiao will dubbed as emerging Makati City Of Pangasinan..kc db magsisisunuran na ung ibang malalaking establishment jan f ever..
