The inconveniences brought by a computerized poll

Voters in Brgy. Tapuac in Dagupan City braved the scorching sun and the countless of hours of inconveniences in a queue. Many of these voters arrived at the voting cluster areas at 10 Am but were able to cast their vote at 2 Pm. Why? Up to six precincts are clustered into one that numbered up to 1000 voters. Aggravated by the inefficient system of the Board of Election Inspectors of changing the numbers of those who queued for several times .
