SM Rosales turns over relief goods to Red Cross

SM Rosales turned over 45 bags of assorted foods, 42 bags of clothing and additional 4 boxes of garments/blankets to Philippine Red Cross, Pangasinan Chapter last December 19.

SM Rosales Press Relations Officer Gerlou del Rosario said the activity is in line with SM Supermalls’ advocacy on continuous relief operations for the victims of Typhoon Pepeng.

She said the goods were received by PNRC Pang. Chapter Bookkeeper Mr. Xerxes Dela Pena.

SM Supermalls and SM Foundation has given away around 6,000 bags of relief goods to families affected by floods in Pangasinan Area.

Each bag contained canned goods, rice, noodles, bottled water, biscuits, energy drinks including clothing, slippers, shirts and blankets.

Recipients were the barangays in Rosales such as Carmen East and West, Tomana East and West, Carmay East and West and Zone 4.

Other recipients were barangays in neighboring towns like Alcala, Villasis, Sto Tomas, Asingan and also San Manuel of Tarlac.
