God is continually calling us

By Erwin dela Rosa

“Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (PSALM 61:2)

“Are you a beach person or a mountain person? Do you like to stare at the stars or marvel at cloud formations? How do you react to satellite pictures of the earth – and of galaxies far, far away?”

“In these situations and others, we can be reminded how small we really are. The vastness of the ocean, the grandeur of the mountains, the distance of the stars, the movement of the clouds, the immeasurable nature of the universe – hints of these realities can help us put our lives and our concerns in perspective.”

“That is especially true when we let these amazing aspects of creation point us to the Creator, to the One behind the magnificence, the One who is Himself even more immeasurable and spendid.”
